Duties:

• Prepare and present cases before administrative law judges and other relevant authorities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support client claims.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes between clients and insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in workers’ compensation law.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Firm understanding of workers’ compensation regulations and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with technology and legal research tools.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
