Part Time Paralegal Duties: Drafting, research, answer phones and other projects as directed by other members of staff. Drafting documents. Reviewing Documents. Answering a multiple line telephone system. Schedule appointments using firm calendar. Assisting other support staff and attorneys with administrative tasks. Running errands, including delivering documents to court, as needed. Prepare and send mass communications as needed. Updating spreadsheets and databases as needed. Various other miscellaneous office-related tasks, as requested by other support staff or attorneys, reasonably necessary for the operation of the office.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency required; Must have some higher education, preferably pre-law or paralegal related Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point; The ability to become familiar with and use firm-specific software; Ability to listen, communicate, and provide excellent customer service; Sensitivity to confidential matters required; Ability to be proactive and work independently; Superior organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task are a must; Physically able to manage basic office tasks.
Schedule: 20 hours average, per week
