Compliance Coordinator Duties: Act as the client-facing coordinator for the Company’s vendor and contract management program, including: Onboarding new vendors, performing vendor due diligence and maintenance, and offboarding retired vendors; Coordinating ongoing vendor oversight, including assessments, document/information requests and remediation; and Coordinating contracts through the contract lifecycle, including intake, approval routing, execution and renewal/termination. Assist with oversight of the Company’s Records and Information Management program, including: Maintaining and updating the Company’s Records Retention Policy and Schedule; Overseeing the storage of records with the Company’s off-site storage vendor; and Coordinating and assisting with the storage of electronic records. Ensure effective and timely communication between the Company’s business units and the Legal Department. Maintain positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders. Organize, prioritize and track multiple action items. Act as the System Administrator and in-house expert for C360, including:Maintenance of a complete and up-to-date understanding of all C360 capabilities and functionality, including modules, workflows, templates and systems architecture; design, program and administer systems, modules and workflows. Development of comprehensive tracking and monitoring processes and written procedures; Perform ongoing maintenance and process/system improvements; Provide user updates, training, and response to requests; and Ensure all users conform to established configuration standards and user guidelines.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: BS/BA in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Computer Science or similar related field. 2-3 years of related experience in a similar role. Project management experience preferred. Paralegal experience a plus. Experience with preferred. Superior attention to detail and superior organizational and time-management skills; Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines; Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency, including experience with Web-based applications and database management; Keen problem-solving skills and the ability to provide logical and creative solutions; and PREFERRED: Experience conducting oral presentations, facilitating training and preparing written reports and training guides; Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance programs and systems, and how to design and maintain a database with a governance, risk and compliance framework; and Knowledge of risk assessment design and delivery; control design, implementation and monitoring, and key metric development, tracking, and reporting.
