- Internship program for college students to gain real-world experience in social work or related fields
- Opportunities to work in various Local and Area Offices, and in the CP&P and DCF Central Offices

- Tasks include legal research, summarization of court decisions, and communication with agencies
- Intern will work closely with Administrative Hearings Unit and Immigration Unit
- Intern will assist in reviewing and writing Final Agency Decisions
- Intern will also assist with immigration issues facing the populations DCF serves
- Students and field coordinators can submit inquiry forms for placement
- Placement is not guaranteed and application process can take up to 2 months
