Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a range of commercial litigation cases, from inception to resolution.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitration.
  • Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client representation.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes when applicable.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, advice, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals to build and execute case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Active Bar admission in the state of California.
  • Proven track record of managing and advancing complex litigation cases.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated client management and relationship-building skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar admission in California.
