Patent Attorney/Agent The candidate will work on a variety of patent-related matters including patent prosecution, strategic portfolio development, licensing and assertion support, patent litigation support, and PTAB proceedings. Exceptional English written and oral communication skills are needed. Should have excellent analytical skills. USPTO Registration is needed. Must have admission to the New York Bar. Should have an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, applied physics, or other similar disciplines. Must have an excellent academic record. Should have 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution. Patent litigation experience (as part of a mixed practice) is highly desirable.
