Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have the ability to review and organize medical records, preparation of discovery, pleadings and other miscellaneous legal documents; have the ability to assist lawyers throughout all phases of litigation including pre-trial investigation, trial preparation and post-trial appeals when necessary. Must be able to work with a diversified group of individuals and practices. Strong communication and organizational skills and multitasking are necessary. Must have a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of current litigation experience; stable work history, proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Summation experience.

I would like to see another senior attorney hired, that way we could have someone there to ground us if something goes wrong. We could use someone that could help us stay on track even when times get tough, but otherwise my firm is "A grade."

Pros : What can I say; this law firm is my home away from home. Everyone here is very quick to lend you a hand and I felt like I was apart of the team the first day I stepped through the door. The benefits are also excellent and there is plenty of paid leave.
Cons : Since we are so much of a family, there are times in which everyone in the firm can get upset about a particular case together or if something bad happens to one of our attorneys, it can upset everyone.
