The Position:

• As an Associate Attorney, you will communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
• You will draft, review, and file legal documents in active litigation cases
• You will advocate for our clients' interests in court
• You will utilize internal software to update and document case status
• You will comply with client and firm procedures and standards

The Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in the state of Arizona
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of litigation/trial experience
• Working knowledge of civil procedure
• Debt collection experience
• Prior experience in a high volume environment

Physical Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift five pounds or greater
• Must be able to sit for 90% of the work day at times
• Must be able to bend and be mobile when needed
• Must be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Must be able to travel occasionally as needed
• Must be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
• Must be able to work a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
