Patent Prosecution Associate The candidate must have strong academic credentials and 3-6 years of prosecution experience. Should preferably be comfortable with software and have experience in: drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering and similar technologies; contributing to a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution; performing due diligence; and supporting the practice by performing general research and writing. Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or equivalent practical experience is required. USPTO Patent Bar admission is needed. Should be admitted or eligible to practice before the USPTO. Should be licensed to practice law in CA and be in good standing.
