Duties:

• Handle personal injury and asbestos litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and provide legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy.
• Analyze case documentation and prepare legal pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or asbestos-related cases.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
