ProfileCoordinator - Business Development Responsibilities: Support the firmâ€™s Litigation practices. Works closely with the Business Development Manager and firm attorneys to develop business with existing and prospective clients, and implement the Litigation marketing and communications plan. The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, and someone who likes to contribute ideas that expand opportunities. Detail-oriented, committed to excellence, self-directed and have outstanding organizational skills. Requires flexibility with overtime and occasional business travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in research and presentations related to pitches and proposals. Plans and executes events and seminars. Utilizes a variety of databases and tools to mine and analyze intelligence and information that informs business development strategy. Participates in collection and mining of contact, experience, sales pipeline and other data relevant to executing and tracking effective business development strategy. Collaborates with other business development, marketing, communications and graphics team members.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s Degree required, in Marketing or Communications preferred. 3+ years of professional work experience required. Law, accounting or consulting experience a plus. Experience working with a Litigation practice a plus. Eagerness and intellectual curiosity regarding business and the law, and enthusiasm about pursuing sales opportunities. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable learning new database and research applications. Ability to work in a team environment with a client service focus. Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Strong organization and communications skills.
