Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior partner with experience in product liability, construction, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, and premise liability. The candidate will manage litigation and case defense from start to finish in a high-volume practice. Take and defend depositions. Prepare and respond to discovery. Prepare and present facts and expert witnesses. Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, etc. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with the accompanying research expertise. Evaluate case strengths and weaknesses and be able to place a valuation on the various claims. Prepare legal opinions for clients. Heavy deposition experience is required. Trial experience is preferred. Additional experience in insurance coverage and/or employment law is a bonus. A portable book of business is required. Must have a license to practice in Texas.
