Senior Director Federal Tax
Duties: The candidate will lead a team of tax professionals on a variety of interesting projects across industries. Establish long-term consultative relationships with public and private multinational, multistate corporate clients by providing expertise on a variety of technical subjects including complex ASC 740 issues, transactional/M&A matters, tax reform, tax controversy, foreign informational reporting, accounting methods, and consolidated returns. Provide supportive leadership by providing development and career guidance through mentoring and performance feedback to the team. Drive the team to stay up to date in tax law changes and apply the most current and innovative tax practices in order to create and sustain a respected reputation in the market.

Qualifications: The candidate should have 8+ years of public accounting tax experience. CPA or Bar Admittance required. Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing teams. Experience running multiple engagements. Significant expertise in partnership tax, ASC 740, and U.S. income tax compliance for public and multinational clients. Excellent research and writing skills. Proven, excellent interaction skills with management/significant executive presence.
