Review:

"Get Your Foot In The Door"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

Advertise a bit more to pull in more work and give your workers more freedom to be creative and show how unique they can be. Other than that, just provide some more stepping stones for the newer guys to look for so they don't want to leave.

Pros : This is a great place to work if you're just starting out and want to get your foot in the door and see what it's like to really work and get some job experience. The pay is acceptable and the benefits are good too.
Cons : There is just not enough work to be done. I find myself bored at times and wishing there was more to be done. It sometimes feels like a ghost town. They lack opportunities for future career options.
