Paralegal
The candidate will join Department of Health Care Services. Provides paralegal support to the Chief Administrative Law Judge, Chief of Administrative Appeals, Administrative Law Judges, and Hearing Officers. Provide a hearing process to adjudicate disputes from all programs.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have knowledge of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures. Should have ability to reason logically and accurately analyze situations; read effectively; prepare reports; read and understand statutes; and work well with management, administrative law judges, hearing officers, and members of the support staff. Proficient at Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of ProLaw a plus.
