ProfileCorporate Paralegal - Temporary The candidate will interface with legal and various other business groups within the organization. Will provide legal awareness and guidelines adherence impacting companywide activities. Conduct extensive research and work to resolve legal inquiries that arise, under the direction of legal. Provide research, business support, counsel and advise company personnel on legal matters. Support and prepare agreements, binding instruments, documents, and pleadings relating to litigation and non-litigation matters. As appropriate, conduct training on corporate wide policies and procedures. Must have 3 years of experience as a Legal File Clerk, Paralegal or Legal Administrator, preferably in a large law firm or Fortune 500 company. Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal certificate a plus. Exceptional legal research and analytic skills and strong verbal and written communication skills is required. Strong computer, organizational, communication and database skills a must. Note : This is a 7-12 month assignment term, calling for 40 hours a week with a start date of November 27th.
