Part-Time Immigration Paralegal Candidate will work with a dynamic business immigration team. Will include assistance with case processing, preparing forms, support letters and Firm correspondence, drafting basic e-mails and letters, and other duties as assigned. Preparation of all nonimmigrant petitions including H L E O TN and R petitions. Prepare immigrant petitions, including extraordinary ability, multinational manager/executive and National Interest Waivers. Preparation of family based applications including marriage based cases and other family based cases. Preparation of I140 immigration petitions, assist in PERM applications, prepare I-485 and ancillary applications. Review and prepare nonimmigrant petitions and applications, including O-1 visas.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal handling all types of business immigration matters. Prior experience as an Immigration Paralegal required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, efficient and reliable. Maintains a “can do” attitude and maintain a positive team player mentality. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Schedule: roughly 20-25 hours per week
