The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients with the creation of comprehensive estate plans and collaborating with the legal team on business planning matters. Duties:

• Develop comprehensive estate plans for clients, including client meetings, phone calls, correspondence, research, and document preparation.
• Review estate plans and advise on the best course of action to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with legal team members to create tailored business plans for clients.
• Assist in the preparation of buy-sell agreements, LLC formation, and operating agreements.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and promptly, with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensure from the State Bar Association.
• 2-5 years of law firm experience with a focus on estate planning and business planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer use and legal technology tools.
• A high level of professionalism and a strong ethical framework.

Education:

• Doctorate (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

• Licensure from the Local Bar Association (required).

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
