Real Estate Post Closing Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with legal and administrative duties, including: Answering phones; Drafting legal documents; Insuring Deadlines are met; Scanning Files Digitally. Will prepare CDF, HUD and Closing Statements. Prepare all required closing documents (deeds, affidavits, mortgages, title policies). Disburse all files. Prepare documents for recording. Work with buyer, seller, realtors and lenders to insure a smooth closing process Should have 1+ year of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Suite, Qualia experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is needed. Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not a requirement is needed.
