Duties:

• Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

• Assist in managing the firm’s client maintenance program to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 0-3 years of legal experience in estate planning or related practice areas.
• Highly organized and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Prior experience or coursework in estate planning and elder law is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New York State Bar membership.

Skills:

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal documents with precision.
