Duties:
- Manage and represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on bankruptcy-related matters
- Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and related documents
- Conduct legal research on bankruptcy issues and provide strategic solutions
- Assist clients with debt restructuring, creditor negotiations, and bankruptcy filings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management
Requirements:
- Strong experience handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
Skills:
- Expertise in bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze complex financial and legal documents
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
