HR Paralegal The candidate will provide day to day support for SBG employment lawyers on matters including: litigation management, HR policy updates, updates and version control of various form agreements and processes, assist with employee relations documentation, letter drafting, and creating/updating employee/HR training materials. Will serve as first point of contact for government agencies on charges and complaints, issue document preservation. Should have 3+ years paralegal experience. Bachelorâ€™s degree is preferred. Paralegal certificate is preferred. HR Paralegal experience is preferred. Project Management skills and experience crucial is needed. Superior verbal, written and communication skill is essential. Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects are needed. Strong leadership and professional communication skill is needed. Strong PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills are essential. Litigation support experience is preferred. Cross-jurisdictional or international experience is preferred. Functions with high degree of intrinsic confidentiality, tact and diplomacy and can be trusted with highly confidential materials and information is essential.
