"Firm that is really changing for the worse"

Current Employee - Reviewed on April 23, 2021

Pros : The firm is diverse, though it seems diversity is stressed only to the extent that can be used that as a marketing tool
Cons : The firm is solely focused on increasing rates which is impacting morale and client service decisions. One equity partner in an economically successful practice is detrimentally changing the core of the firm. Droves of female and parent aged associates have left. This is no longer a place that values working parents.
