HR/Advice & Counseling Associate
The candidate should have experience counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, experience with ADA and FMLA issues, drafting employment contracts, providing management and employee training and prior experience with, or an interest in, labor relations and facilitating engagement surveys. Prior HR experience is preferred. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Ohio. Should have 5+ years of experience.
