Stamford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of complex litigation experience to join its Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for all aspects of case management, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and drafting coverage opinions. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required, and a New York admission is a plus. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are preferred. Experience in insurance policy analysis and litigating coverage disputes is preferred.
