Business Network Manager The candidate should have unique knowledge, skills and experience focused on providing distinctive service to global Japanese companies in the United States. Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese. Should have minimum 5 ears of Experience. Should have Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar required. Should have thorough knowledge of the complex tax issues faced by US, non-publically traded entities with extensive operations in Japan. Should have technical skills in FAS 109. Will be building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Will be supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
