Duties:

  • Counsel clients on technology-related commercial agreements, including intellectual property licensing and digital content distribution.
  • Advise on the technology components of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Draft and negotiate complex legal agreements related to technology licensing and content partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various practice groups, including corporate, intellectual property, and litigation, to provide holistic legal solutions.
  • Represent a diverse client base, from startups to established global enterprises, in innovative technology and media transactions.
  • Manage cross-border deals, ensuring compliance with international legal frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transactions, IP licensing, and corporate technology agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, intellectual property, and digital media law.
  • Proven experience working on the technology aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A.
  • Exceptional academic background with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of the applicable office or eligible to sit for the bar exam.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar license in the state of the job location or eligibility to sit for the next bar exam.
