Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for transcribing dictation, general editing, red-line/comparing documents, typing letters, developing PowerPoint presentations, scanning and copying documents, organizing databases, and converting documents as necessary. In addition, will perform various administrative duties such as answering client calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing files and conference rooms for client meetings. A Bachelor’s and/or paralegal degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Must have excellent typing, grammar, spelling and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with others in a team setting, communicate with clients, and prioritize work to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
