Paralegal The candidate will support the company’s General Counsel and Senior Paralegal. Analyze, draft and negotiate vendor, customer contracts and confidentiality agreements. Respond to proposed legal terms in contracts at the proposal stage in a concise and accurate manner. Also assist in the management of general corporate matters and litigation matters, dispute management and support of acquisition work. 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, along with a Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certification, are required. The ability: to handle a broad range of business related litigated and non-litigated claims, including proficiency in tracking matters is required; to multitask on a variety of time sensitive matters, excellent organizational and time management skills; excellent legal writing and communication skills; and attention to details, are required. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
