Administrative Coordinator The candidate will provide support to the Blended Learning program and Student Services department. In collaboration with key constituencies, this position will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of preparation and capstone weeks including events, catering, student materials, room reservations, and maintaining the master schedule. Will manage the externship tracking, coordinate the registration and exam processes and serve as the first point of contact for students who seek assistance from the student services office by phone, email or in person. Should have associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree is preferred). Should have 3-5 years of administrative experience; proficiency in MS office applications and office technologies; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and continually reevaluate priorities; strong initiative, team skills and behaviors; detail oriented; ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve; and exceptional organizational, customer service, time management and communication skills. Higher/legal education and/or hospitality experience preferred.
