Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: assisting the firm in real estate client matters; creating, proofing, editing and revising correspondence and legal documents; closing transactions; conducting title examinations; traveling to various courthouses in North Carolina; recording and filing necessary instruments; maintaining files; monitoring the progress of open real estate matters; and, following up to ensure all required actions are completed in a timely manner. Should have a Bachelor's degree or a combination of an Associate's degree from an approved Paralegal Technology Program through the ABA and 3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal or similar position.
