Legal Counsel The candidate will negotiate all legal agreements. Manage compliance programs of the Company. Manage with outside counsel, as needed. Act as Data Privacy Officer for the Company. Manage corporate governance. May assist with projects between Simplus and our parent company, Infosys. May assist with litigation discovery, investigating facts, researching and many other facets of law. Should have Juris Doctor from Accredited Law School. Admitted to practice in one of the . continental states. Should preferably have 2-3 years of corporate law experience. Some compliance experience.
