Paralegal The candidate will be assisting corporate counsel with the state licensing process. Will be implementing and managing our contract management system. Supporting the legal team in drafting and negotiating contracts, including form contracts. Tracking regulatory updates from both state and federal agencies. Preparing and filing quarterly and annual reports with various Secretaries of State. Providing general assistance to the legal team as needed. Should have 5+ years of experience including some work with financial transactions. Prior work at a recognized law firm; additional in-house experience is a plus. Registered notary public in California is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill is essential. General understanding of consumer credit product is essential.
