Procurement Contract Administrator Responsibilities: Guide and monitor contracts as they move through vendor contract approval process; ensure proper Information security and legal review are complete and timely. Review contracts for accuracy and completeness regarding basic business terms and required or necessary contract language and clauses. Generate and maintain contract documentation; update and add new language when needed to keep contracts up to date. Manage the procurement email inbox and respond to questions. Manage the travel policy and expense program, including: Managing the travel email inbox. Responding to questions regarding travel expenses and policies in a timely fashion Manage the relationship with the travel provider. Work with internal business leaders and external vendors, to resolve issues, secure approvals, and ensure successful contract execution. Serve as point of contact for internal business leaders and external vendors during all phases of the contract approval process. As part of the responsibilities for this role, will understand and readily support established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: BS / BA in Business or Law (is there a undergraduate degree in law) or the equivalent in relevant experience. 2+ years’ experience previously administering contract processes Proficiency in MS Office applications Desire to work in a fast-paced environment within the financial technology sector Excellent project management and follow up skills. Ability to prioritize work to ensure that all timeframes are met. Must possess the ability to effectively interface at all levels of company management. Must possess excellent communications skills. Effectively communicate via formal letters complicated and sensitive subjects, possess proper email skills, have excellent verbal communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects from inception until completion.
