Senior Conflicts Analyst - Legal The candidate will perform basic to complex search requests for conflicts of interest utilizing systems provided by customer. Will conduct comprehensive research using Industry knowledge for corporate terms. Responsibilities may include: running reports, maintaining database search engines, quality control, training, and comprehensive. Maintain professional communication with Legal Assistants and Attorneys. Review and provide final approval on tasks performed by conflicts team. Understand and set up Boolean Operands with limited supervision. Complete understanding of firm specific Boolean search terms and process. Will validate and provide direction for other team members. Train the Trainer. Accountable for training and on-boarding of new hires and assigned as a mentor during new-hire process to ensure training objectives are being met. Interact with customer to answer questions or update on status as needed. Employee will be assigned as liaison for client specific follow-up. Assist with quality control of the work that leaves the conflicts department. Will be responsible for validating and/or approving new business intake information prior to sending to firm employees. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 55 WPM for Conflicts Analyst. Management/leadership experience is essential. Legal Experience is a must. Document Production Experience, ie Litigation support, coding, or indexing data is essential. High School diploma with 3-5 related work experience is required. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification is strongly preferred. Juris Doctor degree is a plus. Law firm experience is a plus (Conflicts and/or Records Management. Experience interacting with law firm employees). Ability to type 45 WPM is essential. Should be proficient computer skills. Experience using office equipment (fax machine, phone, copier) is essential.
