Summary FORVIS is hiring a Regional Wealth Strategist Private Client to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Regional Wealth Strategist Private Client will work in conjunction with existing FORVIS advisors and external advisors to develop, recommend, and implement complex tax and estate plans for clients. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 15+ years of professional client-facing experience, and knowledge of fiduciary capabilities and services. Preferred qualifications include a JD, LLM, CTFA, or CPA license, as well as previous experience in law, tax services and consulting, financial services, wealth management, or financial planning. The salary for the Regional Wealth Strategist Private Client position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Job Description The Regional Wealth Strategist Private Client will be responsible for: • Developing, recommending, and implementing complex tax and estate plans for clients • Serving as the point of contact to advise on other gift and estate issues • Interacting with others throughout the firm as needed • Evaluating clients' net worth and existing planning vehicles • Developing ideas and alternatives • Consulting with clients and their attorneys • Collaborating with other planning resources • Conducting and reviewing research • Developing tax, estate, and other analyses and plans • Maintaining current in-depth knowledge of a full range of trust-oriented services • Consulting on the benefits of estate planning • Making generally accepted recommendations to the team and clients • Providing direction to and overseeing PC personnel • Retaining, expanding, and deepening existing relationships • Identifying solutions and FORVIS services • Developing new client relationships • Assessing and effectively managing all the risks associated with their business objectives and activities • Having knowledge, insight, and knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of 15+ years of professional client-facing experience • Knowledge of fiduciary capabilities and services • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • JD, LLM, CTFA, or CPA license (preferred) • Previous experience in law, tax services and consulting, financial services, wealth management, or financial planning (preferred) Salary The salary for the Regional Wealth Strategist Private Client position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
