- As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transportation-related matters, including bus, trucking, TNC, and dram shop accidents.

- We are looking for candidates with at least 7-15 years of experience in transportation law and a strong background in research and writing.

- Admission to the Texas Bar is required for this position.

Transportation Practice at Lewis Brisbois:

- Our attorneys have extensive experience in defending the trucking industry and have represented various clients, including freight carriers, transportation brokers, truck insurers, public entities, school bus operators, long and short haul truckers, and waste management groups.

- We have a proven track record of success in litigation and trial experience and have dealt with a variety of issues common in the industry, such as negligent hiring and retention, hours of service, ECM data, messaging and positioning data, DOT compliance, and accident reconstruction.
