Tax Services Senior - Indirect Tax Services - State and Local Tax The candidate will analyze an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights. Will identify potential opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients. Learn and research current market trends, to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor. Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients' tax activities. Research clients business operations and build long-lasting relationships to tailor advice to their specific needs. Supervise a motivated team of professionals, guaranteeing they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. An achieved or partially achieved CPA qualification, certification as a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation or possess the ability to sit for or be a member of a State Bar is preferred. Must have professional knowledge in a broad range of state and local Credits and Incentives tax processes, concepts and tools. A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization is required. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context is needed. Strong influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes are essential.
