A law firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join their team, specializing in personal injury cases. Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, particularly those involving commercial vehicles, trucking, or catastrophic injuries.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and optimal outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior associates and litigation support staff.
• Uphold the firm’s commitment to providing high-quality, ethical representation.

Requirements:

• Experience in cases involving commercial vehicles or catastrophic injuries/death is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• A commitment to continuous learning and personal growth in the legal field.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Membership in relevant legal associations or certifications is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to empathize with clients and communicate complex legal matters in an understandable way.
• Proficient in case management software and legal research tools.
