Paralegal - Civil Litigation The candidate must be professional with good verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills. Responsibilities include: review and index document productions; draft and manage discovery; manage case management matrix; review and summarize medical records; prepare, serve and manage subpoenas; research social media civil and criminal backgrounds; manage key documents for witness interviews, deposition and trials; and assist with deposition, trial and mediation preparation. Extensive computer, software and database expertise is strongly desired. Document management software, Pacer, Alacourt, and Westlaw experience required. College Degree plus Paralegal Certification preferred.
