Legal Fellow The candidate will be assisting in all aspects of trial and appellate litigation work. Will be drafting of legal or factual analysis for Center publications or articles. Legal and factual research on reproductive health and justice issues. JD degree is required. Public speaking is needed. Legal analyses of state and federal legislation and regulations. Strong commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values are needed. Should have 1-2 years of litigation experience (including but not limited to clerkship or fellowship) strongly preferred. Applicants must be capable of complex legal analytical work and have the ability to write clearly and effectively is needed. Knowledge of reproductive rights issues or other issues relating to human rights, civil rights, or racial and social justice is a strong plus.Applicants must be self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills are needed.
