ProfileContracts Analyst The candidate will review requests for client contracts to ensure complete, accurate and appropriate information is present. Will ensure proper internal signatures received or exceptions are made for contracts prior to client’s implementation date. Identifies manual changes on executed documents and obtains resolution to enable full contract execution. Coordinate and complete client custom document requests. Leads monthly implementation meetings for upcoming client implementations. Perform quality assurance functions on initial and final contracts. Act as a cross functional liaison to resolve client contract issues. Work with internal partners to ensure understanding of respective roles and responsibilities. Determine, document and communicate Client Contracting Processes. Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure. Draft and negotiate contractual instruments commensurate with skills and grade level. Communicate contract policy and practice to internal business teams. Facilitate contract approval and execution in accordance with corporate and/or business unit guidelines. Prepare and administer routine correspondence, negotiation memorandum, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal. Enter contract records and supporting documentation into contracts system. Conduct research to support contract audit and or facilitate business unit contracting trends. Lead contract-related project requests (mass updates, copy requests).
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 2-3 years of contracting experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field or 5-7 years of experience without. ABA approved Paralegal Certificate a plus (may be considered in lieu of required years of experience). Good customer service and business partnership skills is required. Must have good communication/facilitation skills, both oral and written and good organizational and project management skills.
