The candidate will provide legal counsel with respect to all aspects of labor employment matters, including counseling and training clients on applicable laws and regulations. Will also counsel and defend clients in various administrative proceedings and State or Federal Court when necessary. Should preferably have a background in labor and employment matters. Must be a member of the New York State Bar.
