ProfileContractors Administrator The candidate will be responsible to serve as primary contact to address questions related to the contract process and questions regarding contract terms. Advise Sales team (AE+AM) on deal structure and alternative contract options to drive the closing of deals according to business objectives. Manage contracts from inception to execution .Liaise with finance, legal, sales operations and other business units for approval of contractual terms and conditions according to pre-approved business matrix. Develop a strong partnership with the Legal team while escalating legal matters as necessary. Review, negotiate and execute non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements with support of our attorneys. Assist with developing best practice processes, playbooks and automation across all contract lifecycles in conjunction with Legal, Sales Operation and IT. Re-configure the contract life-cycle management platform as well as drive overhaul of Salesforce and SpringCM integration.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal or other comparable experience with a law firm or legal department. Familiarity with SaaS subscription models, pricing and revenue recognition. Adept in contract analysis, including process-driven compliance to align with internal finance policies. Ability to work independently while being able to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated project management experience and/or participation in process improvement efforts. Comfortable operating under a reasonable sense of urgency while also setting appropriate boundaries. Excellent organization skills with a commitment to ensure all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality. Should be familiar with SpringCM, Salesforce, Conga and DocuSign.
