A law firm seeks a talented and self-motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Eden Prairie office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on commercial and general litigation matters within a collegial and positive work environment. The firm is committed to expanding its growing litigation practice and values strong writing skills and a collaborative spirit.

Duties:

• Draft and respond to legal pleadings and motions.
• Conduct written discovery and depositions.
• Participate in motion practice and court hearings.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategies.
• Manage cases independently while also working within a team framework.
• Understand and navigate court and procedural rules.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial and general litigation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Trial experience and a portable book of business are a plus, but not required.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Understanding of the litigation system and procedural rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
