Review:

"Law Firm With Great History"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

The firm needs to revamp the culture that seems to make it difficult for some to move up within the firm.

Pros : When I first started at the firm, I knew it had a very prestigious reputation among the community, and I immediately discovered why. The workers at the firm are very focused on the task at hand. Any help I need is always met with professionalism from my fellow associates and even from superiors. It is a great environment for those wanting to grow as a lawyer.
Cons : I do think though that the superiors tend to close off opportunities to some associates when it comes to being promoted at the firm. I think that while the firm will help lawyers progress in terms of their skills, the firm itself is not necessarily the place to move up within the field.
