The candidate's duties include: entering and updating matters in our docket system; processing all incoming mail/correspondence for patent docketing purposes; including mail and downloading emails and faxes; forwarding to the appropriate person for action; ensuring all filings are accounted for against daily docket reports; updating and distributing regular tracking reports. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Experience with basic USPTO procedures or Anaqua Software is a plus. Should have exceptional organizational skills have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Should have strong computer skills and also have the ability to learn new software systems for billing and docketing. Should have excellent writing and communication skills.
