CSC Case Manager Duties: Opening front office daily, direct client interaction, heavy phone interaction, assistance with the preparation for case file documents, , downloading files, correspondence, data entry, report generation and liaising with all attorneys in the group. Excellent training provided. Provide attorneys and paralegal team with assistance in managing case files. Will be including: telephone calls, arrival of clients, managing conference rooms, mail duties, perform client intakes, and other projects as assigned by management. Provide assembly/duplication of supporting documents in case preparation for motions, depositions and trials, including organizing documents chronologically or alphabetically, tab and assembly of exhibits, packets, etc. Deadline focus with attention to detail. Triage all incoming phone calls, mail, electronic and hard copy, and distribute to proper team members. Download electronic mail and files process into database. Request/collect information from clients, send correspondence, track required documents and releases. Responsibility for the maintenance of the electronic and client files, uploading information into client service system. Maintain case management database.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 4 Year degree is preferred. 2 year degree and or Paralegal Certificate or 2 years relevant work experience is required. Prior legal experience preferred. Prior experience in Social Security Administration a plus. Bilingual a plus. Strong team player with excellent attendance record, on time attitude and friendly disposition. Excellent Communication Skills with clients directly on the phone and in person, serve as the primary contact to best determine client needs. Multi-task busy front office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe required.
