Patent Paralegal The candidate will do preparation and filing of PCT applications, National Phase entry, Validations, US National Phase and all formalities related to international applications, including reporting letters, and correspondence with the foreign associates. Will do filing Provisional, Utility, and Continuation applications, preparation and handling of related US formalities such as Declarations, Power of Attorneys, Assignments, Formal Drawings, Information Disclosure Statements, Preliminary Amendments, and Missing Parts/Requirements, as well as client communications. Must have experience with filing via EFS-Web. Should have 2+ years of US patent prosecution experience and 3+ years international patent experience are required. Should have knowledge of processing Notice of Allowance and Issue Fee Communications, verification of Patent Term Adjustment and Letters Patent. Should have strong experience in all phases of foreign and domestic Patent Prosecution.
