Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be assisting with cases to ensure the efficient and timely processing of the different stages of pre-litigation. Drafting letters and correspondence. Obtaining and organizing documentation required at different stages of the case. Coordinating Investigator to obtain photos of scene and witnesses statements when needed. Maintaining regular contact with clients. Drafting and sending out demand package. Monitoring receipt and processing of demand. Preparing closing statements. Performs other essential functions necessary for the success of the department. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Should have 2-3 years of immigration paralegal experience. Litigation experience a plus. Must have demonstrated proficiency and experience with broad range of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Should have strong research skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Foreign language skills are a plus. Must have knowledge of and experience with these jurisdictions.
